All is calm, all is bright

Holy infant so tender and mild
Sleep in heavenly peace
There is something so magical about this time of year. The time of year that we are reminded how God showed love for us through the gift of life – God’s son. We in turn show love to our loved ones with gifts, gatherings and plenty of decadent food. It is often a time of renewed strength for some but yet a time of sadness for others.
I invite you in this season to BELIEVE. If ever you’ve doubted, this amazing season, I encourage you to BELIEVE in yourself and rejoice in God’s love. Think for a moment, what have you been doubting? Is there one thing that has been tugging at you that you need to do? Change your eating habits, start studying for that class, work toward a new career path, start an exercise routine… I challenge you to not wait until the new year to step out. BELIEVE in you and make a change. It may seem like a crazy decision or one that you can’t quite explain but you know it makes sense to you, do it! BELIEVE! I believe in you!
A little over 11 months ago I made a major decision to change. This change was a mind, body, spirit change for me to be a better me. I BELIEVEd in me. It hasn’t been easy but has been rewarding. There have been some slight detours, yet the letdowns have been lessons and the setbacks have been fuel.

I leave you with this… what if your BELIEVE moment will deliver you?
Invest in you. It may mean spending money on yourself or NOT spending money to save for the next season. BELIEVE in you…and the God in you!
